How to Use Our Shopping Cart
To add products to your shopping cart, change the quantity field to the number
of units you wish to purchase. Hit the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom to add them to your shopping cart.
For items that have multiple model/color choices, select the model/color you wish to purchase.
Change the quantity field to the number of items you wish to purchase and hit the "Add to Cart" button at
the bottom to add them to your shopping cart. Then continue shopping, or hit the "Checkout" button at the
top of the page.
Paying For Your Order
Castaic Soft Bait, Inc.TM accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We don't accept personal checks. Sorry.
Will I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
Only Minnesota residents are charged 6.5% sales tax.
Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card?

Because of the high volume of orders, we will only be accepting orders by Internet or by mail. Thanks you for your understanding.

If you wish to order by mail, please send the following information to:

Product Code and Quantity you wish to order for each product.
Complete Shipping Address including E-mail address.
Billing Information to include the following:
Name on Credit Card.
Billing Address, City, State and Zip Code.
Credit Card Type. (Visa or MasterCard)
Credit Card Number.
Credit Card Expiration Date.
How Long Does Shipping and Handling Take?
Again, because of the high volume of orders we are experiencing, all orders usually ship within five business days.
If for some reason we cannot ship your order within ten business days we will contact you. You may cancel your order
at that time for a full refund should you choose.
Where Can I Have My Order Shipped?
Castaic Soft Bait, Inc.TM cannot ship to a P.O. Box, and prefers that orders be shipped
directly to the billing address. We will however, ship to other verifiable locations.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers, so there's a good possibility that by the time
you email with a change or cancellation, your package will be on its way already! If you'd like to make a change or
